There is one minor aspect that could be improved at this hotel.

Very bad hotel. Old and not maintained very well. No insulation between rooms so very noisy. Leaky plumbing. Bad location, not very safe.

Location was ok, but facilities were not very good. Everything seemed to be very old and out dated. And the biggest problem was the staff was not bilingual...they could only speak and understand Spanish...

The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and public transportation. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the free breakfast which included both hot and cold dishes, and the friendly staff who were always willing to help with directions and recommendations. the price was quite reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.
Although there was a designated smoking area, the smell of smoke was noticeable throughout the hotel, which was unpleasant. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent, making it difficult to stay connected.

Located in a bustling district with shops and amenities nearby. Getting to the centre of town is easy, whether it's by taxi or public transport. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. You can enjoy an excellent breakfast with a range of options available to suit every taste.
The hotel could benefit from having more outlets in the rooms.

The price was reasonable and there was free transportation to and from the airport, which saved me some money for my trip. The hotel’s location was decent, close to some small stores where basic necessities could be found. the hotel offered a TV in the room.
The hotel definitely missed the mark. The blankets were worn out and looked dirty and my first room lacked basic amenities such as a functioning remote and a telephone.

The shuttle service from/to the airport was free and convenient. Additionally, the hotel's location in the El Cangrejo district was ideal for exploring this city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a good selection.
There was nothing I didn't like.

My stay at this hotel was surprisingly pleasant. the value for money was exceptional. I couldn't believe the affordable prices for the room, especially considering the convenient location in the Casco Viejo district. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were sufficient, with comfortable rooms that had two twin beds and a decent breakfast to start the day.
While there were some minor issues, I must say that all was satisfactory.
